MR. Krishna Prashanth Boorugu

Mr. Krishna Prashanth Boorugu is the founder of the firm, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 10 years of experience in the same feild. He completed Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Badruka College of Commerce and also acquired certification on GST from ICAI.

During his professional journey, he has gained experience in the areas of Bank Audits, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Transfer Pricing. His other core areas of expertise also include Auditing, Assurance and FEMA. He has handled a wide range of clientele across various industries both Domestic and International Clients.

Mr. Narahari

Mr. Narahari is a Senior Member of the firm and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. He completed Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Pragati Maha Vidyalaya. He also presented papers on various forums on Income Tax.

During his professional journey, he has gained experience in the areas of Bank Audits, Direct Tax Representations etc. He has handled a wide range of clientele across various industries both Domestic and International Clients.

Mr. K. P. Shinod

Mr. K. P. Shinod is a commerce post graduate from the University of Calicut, Kerala and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has worked in the secretarial department and has been in practice since 2008. He holds the position of Director – Corporate Affairs in a Private Limited Company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana.

He has more than 12 years and his expertise lies in the field of Corporate Laws, general corporate advisory matters, FEMA matters and compliances.

Over these many years, he has actively advised his clients in many disciplines including areas like Company Law, FDI and other legal issues. His secret strength has been his attribute to take care and his ability to think for his clients with minimal interference.

Mrs. Sanjana K.S

Mrs. Sanjana K.S is a commerce post graduate from the Gitam University, Vishakapatnam. . She has work experience as a SAP Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services from the year 2013-2017.

She has been Associated with PRASHANTH AND ASSOCIATES since 2017, handles all the Secretarial Works and Internal Audits of the firm.

Mrs. Shoumita Mukherjee

Mrs. Shoumita Mukherjee is an experienced finance professional and a proponent of women in leadership. She brings over 15 years of knowledge advising Indian, UK, USA and other foreign Clients with optimal assistance across accounting and taxation (direct and indirect). Shoumita holds a Chartered Accountancy (FCA) degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Chatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University.
